Kolbalt Contracting & Development was founded by commercial contractor Ken MacLean, a second generation contractor and builder. No matter the project, we are here to get the job done in a professional and courteous manner that fits your budget and is, most important of all, on time.

We are a general contracting company that specializes in commercial construction. We are located in Sydney, Nova Scotia and proudly serve all of Cape Breton.
